Looking at the svn log it seems that it was accidentally changed to
call the asd.pl script instead of functionsig.pl (when the scripts
where moved from one location in the bundle to another).

Could you try update the command to:

"$TM_BUNDLE_SUPPORT/Tools/functionsig.pl"

And let me know if it works -- if so, I will fix the bundle at the
repository.
