I added an optional third field for timeouts, since my isp is a little slow at times.

I changed some of the parsing functions because they were just broken for MT (I know your role in MT heh)  When I'd post, it would lose the time, etc.

Shucks, there was something else I fixed too.  I should have commented it better.
