this sounds very useful, but would you mind making one with a different key shortcut or tell me how to alter yours. control+up/down interferes with spaces for me. perhaps option+up/down?

Nick

I open the standard Find Dialog and I would like to choose a previous used Find pattern

Actually I just did a plug-in for this, by request. http://ciaranwal.sh/files/FindHistory.tmplugin.zip
With it installed you can use Control and up/down to move through the previous values in the find and replace fields. This has the benefit that it also works when in multi-line mode ;)
