Mark,
Is it possible that when you svn up'd you had a conflict in your info.plist file due to some local modification you made?
I'm not sure what else it could be as the plist I have, which is the one I checked in looks clean.

Thanks Brad, I tried again, but starting TextMate, I get the following
message:
The "Latex" bundle located in /Library/Application
Support/TextMate/Bundles could not be loaded and will be skipped. The
contained info.plist appears to be corrupt or missing.
