Dear Sir or Madam,

today I noticed that TextMate supports the semantic checker ChkTeX. Now I deal with some warnings, for example this one

"Wrong length of dash may have been used."
\usepackage[output-decimal-marker=comma]{siunitx}

I want ChkTeX to ignore. I read about the chktexrc-file, but I cannot find
it on my system. So here are my questions:

1. Where can I find the chktexrc-file?
2. And how can I modify it to make ChkTeX ignoring named above warning?
