Right, I forgot (used to 'colorscheme' in Vim). I don't see a "Themes" folder in that directory.

OK, so I created that folder and chmod'd it 777. Works now! Back in business.

Just to clarify, are you talking about "themes", where you access from  
"Preferences" => "Fonts & Colors"?

Themes are located in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Themes if  
they are saved. The package extension is .tmTheme. Do you find  
anything there?
