Is there a way to implement folding in plain text files in TM2?

I use plain text files to organize nearly everything, and folding was invaluable to me in TM1. My text files are still riddled with braces and indents to organize, for instance, different versions of copy for my website/printed material/marketing/etc.

Should I just tell Textmate to treat all text files as C code (or some such)? Seems as if this might have undesirable side effects.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for handling this in TM2? How do you organize your plain text notes?
