since it would require access to the TextMate text buffer, or else it<br>
would be impossible to change the case of already typed charachters.<br>

It might be possible to do some stuff with snippets mirrors to provide<br>
this functionality, today but it would probably be very messy. Hopefully<br>
Allan will make it easy to do in TextMate 2.0.<br>
