This is not a TextMate problem after all, but is caused by a contextual
menu plugin for the SugarSync application. It also occurs in several
other apps, I later discovered.<br>

Try look in ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items. These are “plug-ins”
injected into context menus (system-wide).
