It is not currently possible to provide such support since it would require access to the TextMate text buffer, or else it would be impossible to change the case of already typed charachters. It might be possible to do some stuff with snippets mirrors to provide this functionality, today but it would probably be very messy. Hopefully Allan will make it easy to do in TextMate 2.0.
