I am not sure if this is related, but there was a recent change to the
Dialog plugin. Can you paste this in a window and run it with Crtl+R?

"$DIALOG" -cmp {} ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Managed/Bundles/LaTeX.tmbundle/Support/nibs/Templates.nib

Does it give an error?
