Hi S.V.,

I guess you have an old version of the LaTeX bundle installed. Did you make
any modifications to the bundle? If not, you could try to remove the bundle
(latex.tmbundle) from 

and reinstall the current version under Preferences → Bundles. If that does
not work you could also just stop the window from appearing by using the
instructions provided in an  older mailing list post
