I have this issue too:  If I do Cmd+Down Arrow then the cursor seems to
always move to the last line, but the document doesn't always scroll to the
bottom.

This also happens with the End key (Not sure of the exact name, but I mean
the South East arrow key.  It is Fn+Left Arrow on my Mac Book Pro), the
document scrolls but not quite far enough on some occasions.
