[TxMt] scopeAttributes and deactivate working?

I am having no joy in getting this to work in my .tm_properties file.

[ *.{rb,erb,haml,js,html} ]
scopeAttributes = 'attr.save-on-deactivate'

Has anyone else got it to work? Any help would be appreciated.
