FWIW, I am also a long-time PTHPasteboard and TextMate user, but I
have never noticed this problem. I am using TextMate 1.5.7,
PTHPasteboard 4.4.0, and Mac OS X 10.5.5.

And I'm not sure if this is relevant, but my PTHPasteboard shortcut is
set to the same shortcut that TextMate uses for clipboard history
(Control+Option+Command+V).
