[TxMt] Minor TM annoyance: error beep on start up?

Look in Console (Applications → Utilities → Console.app) for error  
messages.

Very likely the error is caused by a missing bundle relied upon by  
those still active.

Did you disable/remove some of the bundles via the bundle editor?
