[TxMt] LaTeX - opening PDFs

I also upgraded to Skim 1.0.3 and Skim does activate when the document  
is updated.

This seems like it would be a reasonable option to add to the latex  
preferences, but I don't want to do it until the behavior from the  
viewers shows some kind of consistency.
