I think the comment line / selection command is bound to ⌘/ anyway.   
Not ⌘⇧/.

Well, it's probably better to leave these commands as scripts than to  
build them into TextMate.  It would be nice if the critical bundles  
like this (and the Text and TextMate bundles) were harder to remove.
