Sure, it could fallback to current file when there is no selected file.

Recently the RSpec bundle was added to the TM repository, so you  
should preferably update to that one (notice it is now called “Ruby  
RSpec”) and if the problem persists, report the problem to the  
maintainer (which should be in the info.plist of the bundle).
