[TxMt] Impossible to delete references to files in a project

Yes I know because I use : .*\.(tex|cls|sty|cfg|log)$ it is my filter  
for my latex project.

But when I select a file in the project drawer, I have the  
possibility : "Remove Selected Files"
with two possibilities "Delete references" or "move to trash
  so why I can make this action on the folder or on the files at the  
main level ?

and not at another level (sub folder).
  I can "move to trash" but not " Delete the references" .
it's frustrating !
