[TxMt] Tunnelling SVN

I'm not familiar with mod_svn.  If it will allow us to
connect as a network drive from the finder, then
add,edit and delete files in TxtMate and perform the
subversion commands in the SVN bundle without falling
over, I'll go for it...?
