[TxMt] Reftex-style cite completion

Hi Alan

Would it be possible for you to add

f: \footcite${1:[$2]}{$3}$0

to the possible options of citing methods? Footcite is used quite  
often in the humanities in europe (at least germany, austria and  
switzerland).
