Something like the texmate bundle command

Create a html file form a latex file
and
Create a css file

  with Pygments

the problem is to use the good directory "/Users/haris/Desktop/sign- 
diagram.tex" we must use a variable directory !

  the tex file is on a project (tex) and i think the best is to apply  
the new command on the file
  inside the tex project.
