[TxMt] Problems With the Blogging Bundle

2 things.

You may need to specifically do an
svn up Support PlugIns
to update those two directories, and then restart TM.

Second, it's possible that because you're doing your checkouts in  
your home directory, you have a conflicting checkout in your root.   
Not sure if that's the case, but a possibility, I think.
