[TxMt] Error running LaTeX with new preferences system

Tim,

TM_LATEX_COMPILER is not supported in the new release.  You can control
which latex you want to run from the new Latex Preferences window.

I'm amazed that /usr/bin/type is not part of 10.3.  Sorry about that.  I'll
look for a better alternative.
