[TxMt] JavaScript bundle gone missing?

Son of a gun!  That was it -- wonder how the heck that happened.   
Only JavaScript was disabled and I don't think I've ever been in  
there before.

Do any of the JavaScript + (MochiKit, Prototype etc.) bundles shut  
that off when they install themselves?  I recently tried a couple of  
them and that's when the trouble started...
