Okay, not sure if this solved all your problems. There is one current  
problem with the plug-in: if you have values in a text field and  
these have not been “committed”, which they are if you remove focus  
from that text field (or press return in the field) then they won’t  
appear in the output.

I will however checkin a fix for this later today (and switch to the  
XML output).
