The way you achieve this, is to set the Scope Name and File types in
the Bundle Editors
Language Grammar.
If your project is based on a specific Language it relies on , you can
duplicate that Language Grammar
and modify it there in your newly created Bundle.
You can than set the Scope for your Items in the Scope Selector Field
in the Bundle Editor.

Then in that Specific Project you could work with those special file
types or switch to the corresponding Grammar
 in the Language Selectors menu right next to the Gear Icon or (ctrl esc)
