[TxMt] Latex tables and Excel

The simplest (non-textmate solution) is to use the Excel macro
excel2latex to be found here:
http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml

(It's home page has gone but it seems to be lying around the Web)
It generates the correct text which you can copy and paste into your
latex file.
Not perfect but very good for simple tables.

I was wondering what is the best way to import Excel tables into
Latex file using Textmate? I tried copy/pasting a table into
Textmate, then using "Convert Selection to Table". However, this
does not result in a correctly formatted table due to the way the
Excel table is pasted. Anyone have experience/solution for this? Thanks

Will
