[TxMt] Templates

Did that.  I recreated everything exactly, down to double checking  
the perl command that substitutes the variables in the template.  If  
I just remove the perl command I can get it to put up a blank file  
(in the right format) but I can't get it to read it through the perl  
command.  I'm trying a few things right now, but is there any way to  
debug?
