[TxMt] 1.5.4 (1324) killed my Subversion Bundle?

This wonderfully descriptive error message is caused by the new use of
the ERB templating system, which is bundled with Ruby 1.8, but not 1.6.

Your options are:

   1. (free) Install Ruby 1.8.5 and point TM_RUBY to it.

OR

   2. (probably not free) Upgrade to Tiger, which has Ruby 1.8
preinstalled.
