[TxMt] Edit in TextMate not working in Camino or Mail.app

Just out of curiosity.

Where is this "Edit in TextMate" of which you guys speak?
I'd imagine I'd find it in the Application > Services menu, but I  
don't see it there (or any TextMate service stuff).
