[TxMt] Edit in TextMate not working in Camino or Mail.app

Camino does not use NSTextView, which is what "Edit in TextMate"  
hacks into. Same with Firefox.
Mail.app should work when it is not in HTML mode. Try starting a new  
email. If it still does not work, open preferences and select "Plain  
Text" in the Composing tab.
