1/ I followed exactly the screencast first 30 seconds, where Ctrl-< is 
used to create and change <p></p> into <div></div>

2/ When I use Ctrl-Shift-W, I end  up with
    <p>p</p>
, and I still can't have the closing tag mirror opening tag changes.
