[TxMt] Mercurial bundle committed

Hello,

I've committed a working version of my Mercurial bundle to the Svn
repository.  There may be some rough edges (like troubles if hg is not in
your PATH) but I'll fix these soon.

Thanks to the Darcs/SVN bundles authors for inspiration. :)
