[TxMt] 'Edit in TextMate...' from bundle editor

I actually think that's it ... after running that command .. it  
should install an InputManager into:
~/Library/InputManagers/Edit in Textmate

Check to make sure that's there (it's a symlink). If it is, you  
should have an "Edit in TextMate..." command at the very bottom of  
your Edit menus which is bound to the key combo: cmd-cntrl-e
