[TxMt] 'Open Terminal' breaks opening .term files

It is Terminal.app. I ran into similar problems trying to use  
AppleScript to do somethings with terminal, and ended up filing a bug  
with Apple. Please do the same so they realize its a PITA for users  
out here :)
