[TxMt] regex help

hello I'm new to TextMate, Hat down to the creators/developers
I'm coming from bbedit..hem..hemm no comment..

I'm trying to build a bundle for the rebol language
and regex is new to me.

Please, help on this
"^""
^" is escape "

all between " and " is a string

this is my code
		{	name = 'rebol.string';
			begin = '"';
			end = '"';
		},
which obviously dosn't work for this case.

also any link to great oniguruma tutorial would be great
