[TxMt] Find/Replace Variables in Document?

Find & Replace using regular expressions would do the trick. Try  
searching for:
	title="(Webmaill|Control Panel|Customer Service|Web Hosting)"

and replace with:
	title="dummytext"

The separator between search terms is the vertical bar (shift- 
backslash), and means "OR" in regex language.
