[TxMt] No Auto Indent..

Not sure why this happened, but I edited the PHP file on windows,  
which ment I had a mix of expanded tabs (spaces) and tabs...

each file I went to Text -> Convert -> Tabs to Spaces

And then... all of a sudden started working again properly.
