I asked the author of Spell Catcher X, and he told me that it seems  
that the problem is because input methods are not supported by  
TextMate, so no interactive spell checking method of Spell Catcher X  
(including this popup window) will work with TextMate.

Are there plans to support input methods in TextMate?
