[TxMt] Bug in 'Open Recent' menu

Just for the records, I now made it more consistent:

Stuff you open via tm, txmt://-URL scheme or ODB will never go into  
the recent menu, even when you save. The same goes for files part of  
a project.

Files you open via the dialog, dragging, double-clicking, or open  
command will go into the recent menu, including (new) folders (been  
requested a few times)!
