Revision 421 [1] _should_ support the hybrid as long as there are no  
modifiers in addition to the command modifier.

As noted in the release notes, I don't see any way to handle this  
correct from a Cocoa application (without involving some Carbon event  
handling, which I have no experience dealing with).
