[TxMt] Bug: typing txmt://open?url=file:// causes a new window to open

I'm sorry, I restarted textmate and it stopped doing it. I'm not  
exactly sure what happened. I was just typing out the txmt:// url and  
it started beeping and then when i hit the second slash in after file  
it opened a new window. it was really weird.
