[TxMt] Bug: typing txmt://open?url=file:// causes a new window to open

uhm… you type that letter-by-letter in a new buffer, and TextMate  
opens a window??? I'm not aware of anything which (by default) should  
be able to trigger such behavior, i.e. TextMate doesn't scan what you  
type and take actions (like “executing URLs”) based on it.
