Does this actually show as a context-menu key? It should be the help

You can disable the Web Searches bundle. Window -> Show Bundle  
Editor, then click More Bundles and uncheck it.

I don't know how Ukelele remap keys, so I can't say if TextMate  
should be handling this better.
