Yes -- I want to get rid of the current template system in favor of  
snippets (some umbrella system for these). The project template  
dialog has been untouched since 1.0, and will be changed when the  
project stuff changes. It doesn't share code with the recently added  
New From Template menu, which is why only the latter respect bundle  
filtering.
