In beta 5 the popup gadget in the bundle editor (to adjust filtering) 
crashes the app if you open it (this is a Tiger bug, but I've made a 
workaround in b7).

Furthermore, menu keys now have precedence over custom key bindings. 
I'm still working on a solution to that problem. But if you do have 
custom key bindings on something used in the menus, you can change the 
menu key bindings using System Preferences -> Keyboard and mouse.

Other than that, I'm not aware of any problems.
