[TxMt] TextMate with CSSEdit integration

Oooh, I didn't remove it from Toggle Current Folding, but I usually 
just try a keybinding I think is logical and I've been assuming that if 
I hit a duplicate I would get a popup menu.  I guess that doesn't apply 
to Commands overriding TM menus.
