My intent was to include all non-repository bundles in a disabled
folder, but I screwed up that one.

Here's the old SQL bundle

And to repeat a previous wish/request: anyone doing bundles that may be
useful for others can get a subversion account and place their bundle
on svn, that will ensure the automatic inclusion of the bundle, allow
for cooperation and also gives a 'between betas' place to download
latest version (the wiki as a place to be used for bundles is
obsolete).

With the new bundle editor I also want to ship more than just syntaxes
in the default bundles.

And I'm taking care of this syntax/style issue real soon now! :)
